The popular pizza critic's latest taste-test was at Duval's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria in Freehold.
"Big flop, big flop," Portnoy said of his slice at the 345 West Main St. joint. "It's falling apart. Let's see what you've got."
Portnoy said the shop's owner chewed him out for being late on his scheduled pickup time. "I kinda like that guy. 'You're late, You 're late.'"
"Very traditional pizza. I guess a 7.2 is fair," Portnoy said.
In his traditional entertainment mode, Portnoy notes how the restaurant owner crabbed at his being five minutes late on his scheduled pickup time.
"I kinda like that guy. 'You're late, You 're late,' Portnoy said.
Then he saved his video-cameraman from getting run over by an SUV. "You are going to get over, Frankie."
